Anne-Sophie, relationship therapist
I trained and dedicated myself to counseling and psychotherapy while working as an HR Director for a large French company. Working in a complex managerial environment full of dilemmas and contradictions inspired me to transition to private practice.
I have always been very inspired by communication psychology, cybernetics and systemic therapy.
I explored new worlds through the works of Edgar Morin, Paul Watzlawick, Gregory Bateson, François Roustang, Mony Elkaïm, Marshall B. Rosenberg, J.J. Wittezaele, Alfred Adler, G. Nardone, and many other experts.
In 2008, I enrolled in a five-year accredited program in brief and systemic therapy at the Gregory Bateson Institute in Paris and Liège, leading to a psychotherapist diploma. My practice in coaching, followed by psychotherapy, began in Paris in 2012. It continued in Asia from 2014, serving resident French nationals, bi-nationals, and English-speaking residents.
In 2018, I expanded my practice by completing training in Ericksonian hypnosis in Paris. Since then, I have regularly trained with psychiatrists and psychologists in the fields of hypnosis, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress, couples, and family therapy. I also engage in regular supervision.
Anne-Sophie, living abroad therapist
I spent 12 years of my life between Japan, China, and India. These years of practice in Asia complemented my previous 25 years of professional experience in leadership roles within the private and semi-public sectors, both in France and abroad.
I gradually developed an expatriate-focused practice that encompasses contexts such as:
- Living, loving, and working abroad,
- Uprooting,
- Distance and the shifting nature of relationships,
- The intercultural dimension,
- Life with a dual or triple cultural identity.

« There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception. »
